Why you should write down your dreams

Dreams can be directional for your life. It's like a special delivery message for you at specific times that will guide you, encourage you, and help you along the way. The best way to remember your dream is to immediately write down what you can remember. If it contains a message for you, even if you can’t remember all of it upon awaking, the rest will come back to you slowly. Writing it down seems to trigger a recall action, then you can add to it . Just the other day, a man told me a significant directional dream he had. In this dream, he was given the keys to an SUV by an older woman, but he couldn’t remember the name of the SUV. It was a new model that had not been seen before. Three times in the dream, the older woman told the man the name of the vehicle, but when awoke, he could not remember the name of the SUV. He wrote down what he could remember about the dream and about 10:30 in the morning, the name of the vehicle came to him and the dream began to make sense. This is just one example of the process we often go through to remember our dreams and the details revealed. Never excuse the dream as “just another dream.” Every dream has the potential to give you a message about your life's journey.
